Your email comes with a failsafe option that sends email first to the Trash folder when you choose to delete it. This can create a problem if you have completely run out of space in your inbox as there is no space to allow for the processing of moving the email to the Trash folder. In order to get around this, you will need to turn off this failsafe option.
Instructions
- Login to the webmail (webmail.safeaccess.com) or (webmail.starwebmanagement.com)
- Click on the 3 Bars in the upper right corner of the browser window and choose "Settings" from the drop-down menu
- On the General Settings / Email Options tab, uncheck both "Move deleted email to the Trash folder" and "Move purged email to the Trash folder"
- Choose "Save"
- You should now be able to delete emails. Feel free to turn this protective feature back on after you have deleted unwanted emails.
